Ingles, of the Philippines, and Mr. Vieno Voitto Saario, of Finland, Chairman and Rapporteur respectively, of the United Nations Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, photographed as they exchanged views in the conference room shortly before this afternoon's meeting of the Sub-Commission.
