Transmission to countries for signature and ratification of the instrument of accession to the Convention relating to the International Status of Refugees, signed at Geneva on 28 October 1933 in accordance with the provisions of Articles 18 and 19 of this Convention. The accession of the countries was subject for most of them to some reservations.
This file contains correspondence and notes regarding points raised at the inter-governmental conference of May 10-12 1926, decisions made during the 7th Assembly of LON, visa deliveries, the issue of the creation of a representative body of Russian emigrants in France. The Commission's correspondence is signed by Baron Boris Nolde and Jacques Rubinstein generally, Mr. C. Goulkevitch (Advisory Commission) acting sometimes as an intermediary. There are also regulations regarding the revolving fund created on the basis of the decisions made during 6th and 7th Assemblies of LON.
