Broad selection of different correspondence. Some of the correspondence is promotional material both communication with the press but also a radio lecture given in relation to the opening of the school. In general there is a substantial part of the material concerning the creation and start of the school. Both who was behind it and why they wanted to start such a School. in addition to this, there is also communication about the syllabus of the first school year. The economic aspects and the support from the outside is also mentioned in some documents. Some of the financial aspects discussed are scholarships and applications for scholarships. The scholarships are not only given by the school. Some are given by private companies and organizations.
There is also communication with different Geneva committees. They are small local committees in the Nordic countries who work on informing people about international questions. The association of the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva was created partially by members from the different committees. Furthermore there is communication with different associations and organizations connected to the school like political organizations like social democratic organizations and labor organizations.
There is an official yearly statement about the school. In this they evaluate the year in terms of students, curriculum, the opening party, the teachers among other things. As it is printed as a form of booklet and more official, it is more praising of the school than some of the other yearly statements. It tells the story of how they want to be seen.
Lastly there is some drawings of the building that housed the school.

The yearly report has a summary of the yearly meeting in 1931: who was attending, what was decided etc. The teachers who taught at the school's course in 1932 (not guest teachers). Information about the students and how they got to Geneva. After this is a detailed list of the curriculum, how many hours each specific element/topic were estimated to take and who taught each element/topic. Among the teachers were Peter Christian Schou (Representative in the Assembly), Ludvig Krabbe (Staff of the League of Nations and connected to other International organizations), Helmer Rosting (League of Nations High Commissioner of Danzig), Pablo de Azcarate (director and deputy-secretary general for the League of Nations) and others.
The finances is pretty detailed and has been looked at and approved by and accountant.

Minutes from different meetings of the Administrative Committee of the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva. This file span meetings from 12th of January 1931 to 18th December 1931 - one day prior to the yearly meeting of the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva. The meetings are held roughly every week. Beside the minutes of the meetings the file also consist of documents that were discussed and/or presented to the commission. What is generally discussed is how to run the school, which courses should be held, who should be able to attend the school etc.
As an addition to the documents and minutes of the meetings there is an annual report from the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva. This is a report on how the year went. It covers which students attended, which courses went well and which did not, suggests new courses etc. Furthermore, it gives background information about the school and the association itself, who started it and why.

Communications about the first course, how it were set up and the dates. Also a report about how the first course went. What was to be changed for the next course etc. Furthermore they discussed the next years course what the price would be, on which dates it would happen and which students they aspired to get and the demands they had for them. They also discus the possibility of creating a journalistic course in January, just before the Disarmament Conference in 1932, and the creation of one or more courses in English. The English course(s) would cover the same curriculum as the one in Scandinavian languages, but maybe also give information about the Scandinavian countries to the rest of the world.
There is correspondence with and about the local Geneva Committees. One of the things they are discussing is who has which positions in the different local committees. Furthermore they discus the creation or the possibility of creating new local committees. Some committees they have a more positive mindset about than others. There is also correspondence with other organization who is either closely or loosely connected to the association. One of them is the International Federation of the League of Nations. Others are different labor organizations in Scandinavian countries. Third they communicate with "regular" Folk High Schools in Denmark about what they can do, to make their school better.
There is correspondence on budget and finances. Both ideas and input to how it should be organized, and also actual budgets for the school year. There is correspondence with private firms and associations about financial support of the school and scholarships to the students. And correspondence with the foreign minister of Norway and Sweden about possible financial support. There is even a letter addressed to the Danish king asking him for financial support of the school.
Lastly there is internal documents from the school and closely attached associations. There is minutes from some of the different local Geneva Committees. There is also correspondence about who should be the new principal of the school. there is a discussion on where the yearly meeting should be. The purpose and which students should be the focus group is also discussed.

The call it self is a text about the want to create a Permanent Scandinavian Study Center in Geneva. It explains that it would be closely connected to the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva but not completely a part of the school. The study center would be open for everyone, not just students, and would also be open when the school wasn't. To start the study center they would need a capital of kr.100,000. (£5,500). The text is in multiple examples and version. It exists in Danish, Sweden, Norwegian and English. The ones in the Scandinavian languages also has a description of how to donate to the fund needed. There is also letters stating that the different version were sent out to different press organizations and newspapers. There is also letters stating that the call was sent to Scandinavian banks for them to open up accounts, where people could donate money.
Newspaper clippings from Swedish newspapers about the school and the call concerning the study center. Some of the articles about the study center mentions how to donate money to help the fund collect money.
List of names of former students who, along with others, will help build the building for the study center.
lastly there is draft versions of the call. These include corrections where words have been crossed out and new ones suggested.
