File contains correspondence on refugee requests for financial assistance, letter nominating A. A. Kotelnikov, Representative in Greece about placing under his authority the "Office des réfugiés turcs en Grèce", copy of "La république enchainée" dated 20 February 1933 section "Press étrangère et faits divers" which had a few articles from the" Ligue des réfugiés turcs" "Un office des réfugiés turcs en Roumanie" and a communiqué about the the drafting of a refugee Convention by the International Office of Nansen.
