This file contains correspondence concerned Russian and Armenian refugees, including requests for advances and guarantee letters of repayment, group and individual cases. An appeal for the creation of a "Nansen Commenorative Fund" was found in the file. A newspaper in Armenian was also in the file.

File contains correspondence on refugee requests for financial assistance, letter nominating A. A. Kotelnikov, Representative in Greece about placing under his authority the "Office des réfugiés turcs en Grèce", copy of "La république enchainée" dated 20 February 1933 section "Press étrangère et faits divers" which had a few articles from the" Ligue des réfugiés turcs" "Un office des réfugiés turcs en Roumanie" and a communiqué about the the drafting of a refugee Convention by the International Office of Nansen.

File contains requests from refugee organisations for financial assistance for the purchase of relief goods, lists of Turkish refugees, lists of refugees needing financial assistance, correspondence on individual cases, memorandum from the LON President of the Administrative Council (C.A.155-1938) on the Nansen Humanitarian Fund, LON document (A.17.1938.XII) on "Assistance internationale aux réfugiés".

File contains Nansen stamps distributed to the Armenian refugees, statistics of Russian and Armenian refugees in and evacuated from Greece, number of Nansen certificates issued, tracing requests carried out, discussion on the issuance of Nansen passports to refugees, insurance contracts for personnel travelling for official purposes, list of BIT (International Labour Office) Section of Refugees delegates in different countries.

File contains information on the situation of Circassian refugees in Greece, Greek authorities communicated sample of identity certificate for Armenian refugees which was similar to the one issued to Russian refugees, minutes of meeting with Greek authorities, number of Armenian refugees in Salonica.

He was replaced by Emile Komers, Counsellor Ministerial, in 1933.
