Sir Thomas Wentworth Russell), first director of the Egyptian Central Narcotics Intelligence Bureau. The spine of the box contains the following notes: "C.N.I.B. Dossier no. C/I/I. The local press published in July 1929 that the Ministry of Agriculture found a new crop called KAMANGA. The chemical analysis of which that it has the same effect as hashish."
