The issue of the double recognition by the Austrian State of the former Russian Red Cross and The Soviet Red Cross is raised. The Austrian government bases recognition on support of ICRC to Mr. Schabelsky. This file also contains an article on the Soviet Red-Cross published by "Bureau de l'Entente internationale contre la IIIème Internationale", August 1925 and a brochure on the activities of the Russian Red-Cross since 1917.
