This file contains correspondence, mainly from the Russian Committee, Major T.F. Johnson and the Delegate for the Baltic states and Poland. The subjects are the attitude of Russian organisations towards the ILO, their support of the Nansen Stamp and revolving fund. The President and Secretary of the Committee are Plemmienikoff and Velmine respectively. The Committee expresses a resolution to participate in the administration of the revolving fund by a right to vote which the ILO cannot grant. Other resolutions were adopted regarding the placement of refugees.
This file contains correspondence from Mr. Pouchcareff who was an orderly officer of Mr. A. Thomas in Russia in 1916 and also worked for Mr. Childs, delegate in Constantinople. He offers cooperation to the Refugee Service.

There are also statutes of the Committee and a list of its members, newsletters. Communication is between the Committee and the French labour ministry as well as the Paris branch office of the ILO.
The meeting is organised in conjunction with the ILO. In addition to correspondence with the Agricultural Commission (Commission pour l'établissement agricole des réfugiés russes), there are press clippings (Russian and French) on the subject of this conference aiming to unite the workers/farmers in the southwest of France and address their working and living concerns.
