Broad selection of different correspondence. Some of the correspondence is promotional material both communication with the press but also a radio lecture given in relation to the opening of the school. In general there is a substantial part of the material concerning the creation and start of the school. Both who was behind it and why they wanted to start such a School. in addition to this, there is also communication about the syllabus of the first school year. The economic aspects and the support from the outside is also mentioned in some documents. Some of the financial aspects discussed are scholarships and applications for scholarships. The scholarships are not only given by the school. Some are given by private companies and organizations.
There is also communication with different Geneva committees. They are small local committees in the Nordic countries who work on informing people about international questions. The association of the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva was created partially by members from the different committees. Furthermore there is communication with different associations and organizations connected to the school like political organizations like social democratic organizations and labor organizations.
There is an official yearly statement about the school. In this they evaluate the year in terms of students, curriculum, the opening party, the teachers among other things. As it is printed as a form of booklet and more official, it is more praising of the school than some of the other yearly statements. It tells the story of how they want to be seen.
