The call it self is a text about the want to create a Permanent Scandinavian Study Center in Geneva. It explains that it would be closely connected to the Nordic Folk High School in Geneva but not completely a part of the school. The study center would be open for everyone, not just students, and would also be open when the school wasn't. To start the study center they would need a capital of kr.100,000. (£5,500). The text is in multiple examples and version. It exists in Danish, Sweden, Norwegian and English. The ones in the Scandinavian languages also has a description of how to donate to the fund needed. There is also letters stating that the different version were sent out to different press organizations and newspapers. There is also letters stating that the call was sent to Scandinavian banks for them to open up accounts, where people could donate money.
