Contacts are established with the head of the Social Section, Dame Rachel Crowdy, to obtain information on societies helping foreign prostitutes.

Correspondence with a Ukrainian association regarding the Russian refugees' rights in Danzig; the Free City of Danzig communicates on the conditions of issuance of identity certificates since Aug. 1, 1924; the issue is raised of Poland's adhesion to the certificates system and the require for its visas on Nansen passports; the Legal Section is consulted as well as Danzig High Commissioner, MacDonnell. However, MacDonnell objects communications should have been made directly with the Polish delegation to the League. Reference is made to an agreement concluded between Danzig and Poland regarding the issue of passports. Danzig's application of the identity certificates system is communicated by a circular letter of 17 Oct. 1924.
