Correspondence is exchanged with Mr. Collins (Bulgaria Delegation), the Foreign Office (Mr. Philipp Baker), Mr. Lodge, other delegations regarding the settlement of the claim. Correspondence documents the difficulty of settling this issue due to the transfer of the Refugee Service from the Secretariat to the ILO.
