Letter from the Senate, dated 3 May, to the High Commissioner at Danzig regarding privileges granted by Danzig to the International Settlements Bank further to the Hague Convention of 20 January 1930: Danzig agreed to submit all disputes between the Free City of Danzig and the Bank regarding the pursuance of the 1930 Hague Convention to the Court of Arbitration, the High Commissioner had a right of veto in such a case, but was not opposed to this agreement since it did not concern any dispute between the Free City of Danzig and Poland.
