The series comprises publications of national and international welfare organizations, the work of social foundations and reports of international conferences on social and welfare questions.

The Sécurité (Military Science) series comprises a total of 121 titles. Brochures, reviews, documents, pamphlets and reprints that were titled in this series refer to 14 countries. This series covers the period from 1922 to 1950 with the majority of texts reltaing to the 1920s and 1930s. Topics of the publications include the Protocol for the Pacific Settlements of International Disputes Non-aggression and Mutual Assistance, and also the final Protocol of the Locarno Conference (1925), the Briand-Kellogg Pact (1928) and the Geneva Protocol (1924). They also include thoughts and opinions of various authors on these questions. Many of these items are rare even though reprints and government documents may possibly be available eslewhere.
