Costa du Rels of discourtesy, added a sentence saying S. Lester had been Secretary-General par interim since the 26 of July, what made S. Lester furious since it was not correct; S. Jacklin's fear (South Africa), Office of the League of Nations Secretary General, Treasury, on J. Avenol's possible attempts to get the League of Nations funds transferred; J. Avenol asked S. Jacklin to cancel a debt he owed the Pension Fund for arrears; R.M.F. Charron (France), League of Nations Finance and Economic Research Section, on funds and his future.
