Correspondence and telegrams regarding the expulsion of three former members of the Russian army, Glasenapp, Djakow and Lebedeff; the Russian refugees' complaint against the Danzig authorities for their removal of the Russian eagle from a stone and their mutilation of the epitaph on said stone; the possible creation of a sub-delegation of the High Commissariat for Refugees in Danzig. On these subjects, the Polish and Baltic States delegate, Mr. E. Gallati, meets representatives of the Danzig senate during a mission to the Free City 8-10 Dec. 1919. He meets namely President Sahm and his assistant, Dr. Ferber, a report of the mission is addressed to the deputy High Commissioner, M. T.F. Johnson.

This file contains correspondence with the International Committee of the Red-Cross, the Russian Red-Cross in Vienna, the Geneva Office, etc. Correspondence from the Russian Red Cross in Vienna is first signed by Constantin de Schabelsky, then by Léon Islavine. The issue of the double recognition by the Austrian State of the former Russian Red Cross and The Soviet Red Cross is raised. The Austrian government bases recognition on support of ICRC to Mr. Schabelsky. This file also contains an article on the Soviet Red-Cross published by "Bureau de l'Entente internationale contre la IIIème Internationale", August 1925 and a brochure on the activities of the Russian Red-Cross since 1917.
