Estonia/Selter, Karl
Sub-Fonds · 1931-1940
Fait partie de Private Archives

The fond consists of the correspondence between the office of the Estonia permanent delegation in Geneva and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tallin. To it was added a jacket with personal papers of the Estonian politician Karl Selter. The preserved papers of Karl Selter do not concern his activity as delegate to the League of Nations between 1939 and 1940.

As above mentioned many records have disappeared.

There are, for example, files on only seven of the at least twenty-two Assemblies held by the Federation and parts of the general correspondence have been preserved only for some of the 1930s.

Two of the boxes constitute in reality a separate archive group, the records of "Föéreningen Nordisk Folkhögskola i Genève" (the Association of the Scandinavian Adult Continuation School in Geneva), 1930-32.

The languages of those records are Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.
