Resolution presented by the Fifth Committee and adopted by the Assembly on 19 September authorising Dr. Nansen to utilise his Russian Refugee Organisation for administering relief to these refugees and inviting the Council to consider whether a sum for this purpose can be placed at Dr. Nansen's disposal from the item "Unforeseen expenditure" (Resolution No. 4 A.89.1922) and Resolution adopted by the Council on 4 October 1922 (C714.M426).
