Record of conversation: talks between D. Kelly, British Minister in Berne, Harry Livingstone and the League of Nations Secretary-General J. Avenol on the invitation by the Princeton University (to enable the League of Nations technical services to continue their work in the USA), on the transfer of technical services to the ILO (the USA were members of the ILO), on further reductions in the staff of the League of Nations Secretariat and on the fact that in case of transfer of the technical services to Princeton, the League of Nations' budget would not contribute.
