It contains press clippings, correspondence from D. Grigorieff requesting action of the Refugees Service to ensure that passports have a uniform model, that something be done regarding depreciated exchanges and discriminating measures regarding travel documents delivered by certain countries, i.e. that the refugees be treated as other foreigners are but instead of being under the protection of a Consul, under the protection of the League.
