Correspondence with ICRC and organizations under its protection, national authorities, Russian Organisations, the Geneva Office, other Delegations, etc. concerning travel authorizations for refugees in Poland, decisions of national authorities affecting them, Poland not having yet adopted the identity certificates referred to in the resolutions on refugees adopted in Geneva, 3-5 July, 1922.

Correspondence exchanged with the Geneva office to obtain a position regarding the Polish government's decision to expel refugees who cannot prove they are political refugees. The file includes accounting records received from Russian organisations in Poland. In addition to the issue of supporting these organisations, the delegation is threatened with closure due to the Supervisory Commission' s recommendation that the HC for Russian Refugees operate on a reduced budget.
