Constitution of Danzig - Mr. Colban - Extract from the "Danziger neuesten Nachrichten" of 20 September giving details of proposed Constitution of the free and Hanseatic City of Danzig. The official language to be German. The senate to consist of President Deputy and 24 senators and the Municipal Council of 72 members. The first debate on the Constitution to be held on 29 September.
