This series contains congress progammes and congress reports, brochures, pamphlets, books and periodicals. The publications range in date from 1912 to 1955, although most of the documents date from the late 1920s and the 1930s. Most documents are written in English or French, some in German and very few in other languages. They deal with international youth organizations, national associations, internatinoal youth meetings, youth services and youth activities.

This series is comprised of 77 titles (including two duplicate copies, which are not numbered) and contains pampletes, reprints, brochures, leagal texts, bulletins, books and congress protocols. The publications range in date from 1924 to 1960 (with greatest coverage in the 1930s) and are written in nine different languages, some items having several translations. The main topics are questions of family care, social care, health care, schools and children's homes.

File contains mainly emigration offers from different countries to Armenian refugees with specific professional skills, financial and transport arrangement for their evacuation, a printed document dated 12 May 1926 on "Arrangement relatif à la délivrance des certificats d'identité aux réfugiés russes et arméniens complétant et amendant les arrangements antérieurs du 5 juillet 1922 et du 31 mai 1924".

File contains correspondence and telegrams on the evacuation and financial assistance to Russian refugees, evacuation from Turkey to the Island of Syra and the arrangement of their emigration to other countries. The Greek delegate, Mr. A. Kotelnikoff [Kotelnikov], Greek authorities for foreign affairs, Mr. D. PAPPAS, head of the Russian refugees in Syra, Mr. Tolstov are amongst the creators/receivers of records.
