Ference Somogyi (extreme right) State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Hungary affirmed that Hungary's human rights and humanitarian policy which had been thoroughly reappraised and changed, met a dual demand, namely, guaranteeing human rights and fundamental freedoms by national legislation, governmental responsability and by an independent judiciary on the one hand and on the other hand, as a member of the community of nations, it came out in it's foreign policy resolutely for the implementation and protection of these rights.
