The subjects are the attitude of Russian organisations towards the ILO, their support of the Nansen Stamp and revolving fund. The President and Secretary of the Committee are Plemmienikoff and Velmine respectively. The Committee expresses a resolution to participate in the administration of the revolving fund by a right to vote which the ILO cannot grant. Other resolutions were adopted regarding the placement of refugees.
