Troubetzkoy, President) and the Geneva office regarding members wanting to re-locate in South America (Bolivia, Paraguay), includes resolutions of the General Assembly to consider the Refugee Service as intermediary and protector of the members in the colonization scheme. Prince M.A. Radkevitch-Mirsky succeeds Troubetzkoy as President from 21 Aug. 1927.
